TTG Financial Privacy Policy
- TTG employees are prohibited from discussing client information with anyone other than authorized personnel (i.e. brokers, bankers). We do not share your any of your data without your express consent to facilitate your personal legal or accounting functions. We never share any of your data for marketing purposes and we never sell your data.
- TTG does not gather or collect data from you via electronic means. We only gather data directly from you in writing with your full knowledge and permission.
- TTG employees will not include sensitive information via mailings which could be lost or stolen. Sensitive information includes Social Security numbers, passwords, user ids and birthdates.
- TTG employees are prohibited from sharing their passwords or allowing unauthorized personnel to access our IT systems. All sensitive data is password protected and security measures have been taken to insure our client’s data cannot be accessed by anyone other than TTG employees.
- No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties
